One of the last shoots that I did in 2012, was with the same family that I photographed when I first got back in the country from Peru in May 2012…the Hilderbrands.  Since our May shoot was on the beach, they decided to do their 2012 Christmas Card shoot in a more urban setting: Ybor City.  Cadence and Caleb were the perfect little models (and Jeff and Carey didn’t look too shabby either).

I took these photos before I knew that I was having a little boy, however, when taking them I could not help but think how fun it would be to have one :).  Their rambunctious, non-stop-”I-need-action” curiosity won me over…AND I loved that they were brothers so close in age.  So, Liam and Aden – thank you for getting me so excited about the possibility of having a little boy even before he became a reality.  Brenda and Michael – I hope that you’re keeping up with these two and enjoying every moment of it!

Nothing like a sweet, precious family to brighten your Saturday!  You may recognize sweet Abby from her christening photos.

This family has quickly become one of my favorites to photograph!  I guess anyone who brings a pregnant woman a box of chocolates will quickly find a way into your heart (this session was taken before James was here…so yes, I was still pregnant)!  In all seriousness, Amy is so familiar . . . seems like we’ve been friends for years, Michael is so kind and just in-love with his family, and Bella . . . well, she could not be more precious: a combination that makes for a wonderful family.  And now…there’s a new one on the way :)  Even though we’re moving to Charleston in a few short weeks, I’ve promised to come back and photograph them for Christmas once the new baby is here!!

Arabella turned two years old the day after my son was born {3.15.13}!  Her mommy and daddy wanted to capture her cuteness at this time and so we got together for my first shoot since I had a baby and had a great time.  I am working on finishing the entire shoot today but wanted to leave you with this {teaser}.  Plus…I will be posting Bella’s family shoot from December tonight or tomorrow . . . so this serves as a fun lead-in to those photos.  Lots more of this little lovely to come!

I posted Lisette and Steven’s {teaser} months ago and now and finally sharing their fun engagement shoot in St. Petersburg.  Gorgeous weather, light and people made for some great photos!  Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!!

LOVED getting to photograph Stephanie and Paul’s precious treasure: Nicolette!  These were for their Christmas card so you’ll see a beautiful little gift at the end (yes, another set of images that I sat on so that I’d have something to share now that my baby is here and I am not working as much).  Anyway – enjoy the sweetness of this family.

My little, balding, precious man turned one month old this past Sunday.  We are so in love!

Back at the end of the fall I was super busy with photo sessions and weddings.  Since I knew that I’d be having a baby in early March and not as active behind the camera, I held several sessions back to share with you now.  SO…here is one that is fun and unique.  Sean and Ana wanted a non-traditional wedding day…just the two of them, in St. Petersburg, Ana in her favorite color…which was not white.  Sean’s parents and sister ended up joining us for their ceremony in Sunken Gardens but before that, we went all around downtown St. Petersburg capturing fun moments of the bride and groom on their wedding day.

Our little honeybee turned three weeks today.  We’re doing great, exhausted, but so in love.  These were taken when he was four days old…he’s definitely changed a lot since then – little tummy, face, arms and legs have filled out!
