The “about” section of blogs is always a little funny for me.

What do you want to know about me?

I am a Tampa girl, born and raised with a Spanish-Cuban heritage.

I am married to Kenzo Koike, who has a Japanese heritage.

The combination of the two makes for some great food . . . as well as several differences in personality.

I love life, people, the outdoors, traveling, laughing, eating and talking.

I consider this business a true blessing – and am loving every moment of preserving memories for my clients.  My creative partnership with my clients is one of my favorite parts of my job.

I am a life-long student – currently pursuing a Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at USF.

I am in love with Jesus and am thankful for the blessings he has given me.
