You were captivated by their wedding teaser (I had to put the photo on this post as well, see below). And for a good reason. Christina and Tony had a fairy-tale wedding that was so completely unique and picture perfect. The ceremony took place at Hyde Park Presbyterian Church and then the party headed to the Victory Ship in Channelside. Since I have kept you waiting for over a month now (and since I will be MIA for 1.5 weeks), I am going to post a whole lot of photos from their big day.
So . . . here we go:
Since they have a huge family, Christina and Tony decided to see each other before the ceremony. So she got ready with the girls . . .
. . . and then headed out to see Tony for the first time. Throughout the entire day, both Tony and Christina were incredibly calm, with the exception of this first meeting. They were adorably nervous . . .
. . . until they finally turned around and got to see each other . . .
. . . and then it was back to their usual complete comfortableness with one another.
After taking a bunch of photos with the beautiful couple, I had some fun with the ladies. I loved the classic navy blue dresses that went perfect with the reception site!
. . . we all met up for some group shots . . .
. . . and then it was the boys’ turn.
After hundreds of large family photos, it was time for their ceremony. It was truly beautiful, full of music, scripture, prayer and song and complete with a kiss.
The reception site . . .
. . . was amazing!
The details were incredible (the left two above were from my amazing side-shooter, Kellie Hero!!)
We had some more fun with the wedding party . . .
. . . and then the party really started.
And the party went on, all night long!
Bon Voyage!
A HUGE thank you to Kellie Hero, an amazing side shooter. Several of the images in the slideshow are hers. Kellie- Thank YOU! I cannot wait to shoot more events with you!
